Join *Tech & Cyber Risk* service within the *Pictet Tech* division in Geneva. Our *Cybersecurity Engineering* team focuses on safeguarding digital assets through detection engineering, incident response, and automation. We are accelerating the cybersecurity transformation through AI-powered automation while enabling the secure adoption of AI technologies across the organisation. ## Your role ## * Develop and implement AI-powered automation initiatives to enhance cybersecurity operations and improve operational and detection efficiency. * Automate cybersecurity workflows, including alert triage, investigation processes, case management activities, and operational reporting. * Contribute to the security of AI-enabled technologies, including AI agents, agentic workflows, AI gateways, MCP servers, and related platforms. * Support the monitoring and protection of AI and LLM-based applications by implementing security controls and detection capabilities collaborating with Pictet Tech teams to define security requirements. * Develop and improve detection use cases to identify threats targeting both traditional and AI-enabled environments. * Participate in cybersecurity investigations and incident response activities, using operational findings to continuously improve automation and detection capabilities. * Contribute to the evaluation, integration, and operationalization of emerging AI technologies within the cybersecurity ecosystem. ## Your profile ## * 2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, software engineering, automation, or a related field. * Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including detection engineering, incident response, and security operations. * Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS. * Experience with infrastructure and development practices, including GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, integrations, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform. * Strong experience with AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, and AI-driven automation. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate operational challenges into engineering solutions. * Master-s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or equivalent. * Fluent in French and English. * Residency in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
