Founders Associate Intern/Working Student (f/m/d)

eleQtron develops and operates full-stack quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. Quantum computing is moving from research to real-world application, and we are building the systems that will make this possible. Since our founding, we have grown to a team of 100+ people, secured over €54M in orders, and raised a €57M Series A backed by leading investors. Our approach combines laser-cooled trapped ions with microwave control and tailored magnetic fields to unlock a new class of computational capabilities. Responsibilities: As Founders Associate Intern / Working Student, you will work closely with the founders and leadership team on strategy, operations, and commercialization topics. Support commercialization of our technology and contribute to related operational and execution topics in close collaboration with C-level Coordinate cross-functional initiatives within the C-level office, including preparation of presentations, analyses, and decision materials Represent eleQtron at selected events, conferences, and external engagements Support relationship management with partners and investors, including preparation of communications and briefing materials Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives and support decision-making Support leadership with day-to-day priorities and execution topics Required Skills: You are pursuing or have completed a degree in business, engineering, natural sciences, or a related field Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into clear outcomes Ownership mindset with strong execution skills in fast-paced environments Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus) Fast learner with curiosity across technical and business topics High integrity and discretion handling sensitive information We Value: Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, DeepTech, VC, consulting, or investment banking is a plus Strong interest in quantum computing and emerging technologies Existing network in technology or investor space is a plus What you can expect from eleQtron: Competitive salary: We value our team members and therefore provide remunerations that reflect this, additionally rewarding achievements.
